# 1 - MUST Be An "Annual" Event
(This means every year the same month.  I understand sometimes the end-of-the-month events end up at the beginning of the month some years. 
(1st Annual, 10th annual, 68th Annual, etc. must appear in the pARTy Event web page link.)

# 2 - MUST Be Open To The General Public
(This means it is not a "members" only event.  The pARTy Event does not have to be FREE.)

# 3 -  MUST Have Festive Beverages Available
(These pARTy Events are simply not "kid-friendly"/"family-friendly" type pARTy Events.  This pARTy Listing EXCLUDES "alcohol-free" events, unless FREE refers to FREE alcohol.)

# 4 - MUST Have "Up-To-Date" Web Sites
(pARTy Events MUST have a dedicated web site link that does not change each year. 
Facebook pages that use the "Going / Maybe / Not Going" format do NOT qualify.  If you update your link, then simply email Run-A-Way Bill and let him know.)

and most importantly

# 5 - Party Reptile Has To Know About It (DUH !)
(if your pARTy Event qualifies and is not listed in the "999 Best Darn Reasons To Get Out-Of-The-House", simply send Run-A-Way Bill an email with specifics of the event and I will ADD your pARTy Event to the list.)

 

--- pARTy Place ---

A "pARTy Place" is defined as any place where you can give FUN the "opportunity" to find you
... and it will!

"If The Beer's-A-Flowin' ... We're-A-Goin'" is the basic guideline.  

This typically includes (but not limited to) "individual bars" (i.e., "Florabama" in Florida/Alabama), "bar zones" (i.e., Bourbon Street in New Orleans, Louisanna, Duval Street in Key West, Florida, "The Flats" in Cleveland, Ohio, etc.), or even "entire cities" (i.e., New Orleans, Louisianna; Tybee Island, Georgia; Buffalo, New York; etc.).
